Ogden CAP Properties, LLC is seeking a motivated full-time Leasing Agent to join our in-house leasing team. As the Leasing Agent, you will participate in the entirety of the leasing process. The role consists of, but is not limited to, the following:
• Conduct in-person, personalized tours to prospective residents • Engage in continuous follow-up with prospects using our CRM platform, email and phone • Liaise with prospects during the application process, including running background & credit screenings and collecting/reviewing documentation prior to submitting for approval • Generate, review and send electronic lease documents and riders • Walk the property daily to ensure vacant units are in good showing condition prior to tours • Unit pricing, market feedback and competitor reporting • Provide A+ customer service • Lease apartments in compliance with local and federal Fair Housing standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office [MRI software experience a plus] • NY Real Estate License Required
Compensation, Benefits & Hours | Base Salary of $60K + commissions and annual performance bonus. Robust Benefits package includes 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and commuter benefits.
